Release: Protektor [*] Windows Manual - Version 9.2

I am pleased to announce the official release of the new Protektor [*] Manual for Windows.
This release has been given the number 9.2.

As in the previous releases, 9.2 provides significant improvements and hopes to make things even more user friendly then before.

Not only are the latest versions of both software as operating systems supported, on request there will soon be versions available for Linux (Ubuntu based) and Mac OS X.
